My Super Boosted Coconut + Vanilla Matcha Latte (serves 1)

Ingredients: 1 cup of coconut milk ¼ cup of boiling water ½-1 tsp of matcha powder 1 tsp of cashew butter or coconut butter ¼ tsp of vanilla paste 1 tbsp of MCT oil ½-1 tsp of coconut sugar (optional) Method: Boil your kettle and then add your coconut milk to a saucer and heat on low until gently simmering. Ingredients: 1 cup of coconut milk ½ cup of water ½ cup of stemmed rhubarb 2 Tbsp of Beet It Juice 1 Tbsp of MCT oil ½ cup of organic berries 1 Tbsp of hemp hearts ¼ tsp of vanilla paste Method: First you need to steam the rhubarb.
