Coffee Alternatives

I am not going to lie to you. there's nothing that beats that morning coffee, and then we think coffee, coffee and more coffee. After that, I am ready to start my day!

But, as we know, coffee can cause high blood pressure, blood sugar levels, and other problems on a regular day-to-day basis. It can be like an addictive drug and it’s not the healthiest thing in the world.

Of course, a cup of coffee a day is totally fine and can boost your energy levels, but why not try and substitute your craving for caffeine with something healthier.

If you want to substitute your morning cuppa with something much healthier here are some suggestions.

Golden milk, Matcha tea, green tea, coconut water, Kombucha, Chai tea, apple cider vinegar, Chicory coffee, Barley coffee, dandelion coffee, raw cacao, hot chocolate, Medicinal Mushroom lattes, chocolate milk, an energy drink, smoothie, fresh-squeezed juice, hot water with lemon, lemon with water, or just water and Turmeric tea.
