How to use:
You’ll need:
1¼ cups water
¾ cup oil
Method:
Preheat oven to 150 °C.
Line a 12-cup muffin tray with cupcake papers and lightly grease them.
Empty contents of the packet into a bowl.
Combine water and oil, then whisk briskly into the dry mix until smooth.
Spoon batter evenly into cupcake papers.
Bake for about 30 minutes, or until a skewer comes out clean.
Cool before icing or enjoying as-is.

Gluten-free cake flour blend (organic cornflour, organic tapioca flour, organic coconut flour, Australian lupin flakes, organic golden flaxseed flour), organic raw sugar, baking powder, kfibre™, sea salt.
