How to use:
You’ll need:
⅔ cup vegetable oil
1¼ cups water
Method:
Preheat oven to 150 °C and line a 20–22 cm cake tin with baking paper.
Empty the contents of the packet into a mixing bowl.
Add oil and water, then whisk until smooth.
Pour batter into the prepared tin and bake for 45–60 minutes.
Allow to cool before slicing or decorating.
Optional: Decadent Chocolate Ganache
Heat 200 g coconut cream in a small saucepan until hot.
Remove from heat and stir in 200 g chopped dark chocolate until melted and smooth.
Spread over the cooled cake, or let it chill and whip into a mousse for an extra-luxurious finish

Gluten-free wholemeal cake flour (organic coconut flour, Australian green banana flour, organic psyllium, organic golden flaxseed flour, Australian lupin flakes), organic raw sugar, organic tapioca flour, organic cocoa powder, baking powder, fibre™, sea salt.
