Teff Tribe Pancake Mix 350gm
The ultimate guilt-free pancakes have arrived! These light and fluffy gluten-free pancakes are perfect for indulging any day of the week and can be whipped up with no fuss. Made from the Superseed Teff and loaded with all the good stuff, simply add your favourite sweet or savoury toppings and enjoy!
INGREDIENTS:
IVORY TEFF FLOUR (44%), WHITE SORGHUM FLOUR, BANANA FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, GUAR GUM, NATURAL FLAVOUR
Cooking Instructions:
1. Empty a single sachet of pancake mix into a medium mixing bowl.
2. Add egg (or banana) and milk of choice and whisk until well combined.
3. Heat a lightly greased frying pan to medium heat.
4. Pour small portions of mixture into frying pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes, flip pancake and cook for a further 2 minutes.
5. Serve pancakes hot with your favourite sweet or savoury toppings.
