Uses:
Sour cherries have an amazing sweet/sour flavour profile which pairs ideally with chocolate! They are also great in many Middle Eastern dishes as well as desserts, breakfast, smoothies, salads and savoury meals.
ROAR Organic Sour Cherries are harvested from morello trees in Uzbekistan. They are then pitted and dried, with absolutely no sweeteners added to maintain their beautiful tart flavour.
