Serving Suggestion.

Use in soothing beverages, cooking and baking. Flavor sauces, curries, soups, smoothies and cocktails.
Simmer with washed lentils until cooked through. Use as a vegan milk for porridge & lattes. Or sip a cup of warmed golden coconut milk as is! Use SAVOURY or SWEET.

Storage.

Refrigerate on opening in a non-metal airtight container. Use within 3-4 days of opening. Freeze in ice cube trays for prolonged use.

⁺Hot water is used to express the milk locked inside freshly grated coconut kernel.
Contents may separate naturally. Before use, shake can or stir well to get an even texture. In cold weather
(under 22 Deg C) place can in a warm water bath for a few minutes and then shake well before opening.
