Dr Tung’s Oil Pulling Concentrate uses an ancient formula that includes organic black sesame oil for antimicrobial effects on subgingival plaque and wild-harvested plants and botanicals to help heal and strengthen soft tissue. All you need is five to 15 minutes a day to swish, pull and chew.
How to use:
- Use 1 Tablespoon of Oil Pulling Concentrate either undiluted or mixed with a 1:3 ratio of organic carrier oil such as sunflower, non-toasted sesame or coconut.
- Slowly swish, pull and “chew” the oil around your mouth for five to 15 minutes.
- Spit oil into a toilet or trash can. Rinse mouth with lukewarm saline water. Repeat daily for best results.
