Blend 2 drops with 3 drops of Spearmint and diffuse at night. 1 drop of this blend can also be rubbed onto the Solar Plexus, as required.

Place 2 drops onto a warm compress, apply to the throat and leave 10-15 minutes.
Add 1 drop into some warm salt water and gargle 2-3 times daily.
