Our popular Seaweed & Sesame Seasoning range is offered in three natural flavour options – chilli, garlic and citrus, and has been a staple of our range for nearly a decade, but was recently reformulated and repackaged! Our Chilli Seaweed & Sesame Seasoning is a Silver Award Winner in the 2022 NZ Artisan Awards!

Having these seasonings in your pantry, or on your desk at work, makes it very easy to add a little seaweed to your plate every day. You may simply be looking for a salt alternative if you follow a low sodium diet…. well seaweeds will give you the minerals your body seeks as well as a salty flavour.

If you want to know where to start with seaweeds, this is a great entry point to the oceans’ superfood! We also refer to this range as ‘furikake’ as they are inspired by the popular Japanese rice seasoning called furikake.

Ingredients:

Chilli – Sesame Seeds 48%, Seaweeds 35%, Raw Sugar, Salt, Spices (Capsicum 3%), Sunflower Oil, Soy Sauce Powder, Spice Extracts.
