This flavoured kelp seasoning range is made with a blend of wild harvested New Zealand kelp (harvested and air dried ), and other natural, GM, gluten free ingredients. All products are gluten and dairy free.

Ingredients*:

Chilli – New Zealand Kelp Seaweed (Ecklonia radiata) 53%, Raw Sugar, Salt, Spices (Capsicum 9%), Sunflower Oil, Spice Extracts.
Garlic – New Zealand Kelp Seaweed (Ecklonia radiata) 68%, Garlic 21%, Raw Sugar, Sunflower Oil, Spices.
Lemon – New Zealand Kelp Seaweed (Ecklonia radiata) 64%, Raw Sugar, Salt, Spices, Onion Powder, Natural Flavour, Lemon Oil <1%, Sunflower Oil, Citric Acid.

*there is a small amount of a raw, unprocessed sugar in some of the seasonings, simply to carry flavour. When compared to other seasoning products there is significantly less sugar in our seasoning range.

Our flavoured kelp seasoning range is made with New Zealand harvested kelp from the North Island. All seaweed has been tested for contaminants in accordance with the ANZ Food Standards Code.

We blend it and it is packed in our own food grade facility in Auckland. It contains local and imported ingredients, where we are unable to source locally.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
