The organic almonds are soaked in water until they begin to sprout. They are then dehydrated at low temperatures (below 45°C) until they are about 10-15% lighter and really crunchy.

Almonds are an ideal snack high in dietary fibre leaving you feeling satieted. Vitamin E and unsaturated fats are good for the skin, brain, heart and cells (anti-ageing).
