Serving Suggestion.

Use Kokonati mildly spiced green curry coconut milk enriched with Ceylon cinnamon, turmeric and spices, in cooking and baking. Flavor sauces, curries, noodles, rice, soups and even spiced cocktails! Simmer boiled chickpeas, lentils, stir-fried vegetables (eg. eggplants, cauliflower, carrot, zucchini, green beans, broccoli), rice noodles and tofu for a one-pot meal.

Storage.

Refrigerate on opening in a non-metal airtight container. Use within 3-4 days of opening. Freeze in ice cube trays for prolonged use.

Coconut kernel*, water⁺, red chilli*, turmeric*, Ceylon cinnamon*, pepper*, curry leaves*, ginger*, thickener ( xanthan gum, guar gum), salt.

⁺Hot water is used to express the milk locked inside freshly grated coconut kernel.
Contents may separate naturally. Before use, shake can or stir well to get an even texture. In cold weather
(under 22 Deg C) place can in a warm water bath for a few minutes and then shake well before opening.
