Golden Flax Seed Oil is 100% pure, cold pressed, unrefined, extra virgin, certified organic flax seed oil of the highest quality. It is from a relatively new variety of linseed that is golden compared to the usual brown we relate linseed with. It typically contains 61% Omega 3 EFA - Alpha Linoleic Acid (ALA), 14% Omega 6 LA and 16% Omega 9.
