How to use:
To make Banana Bread:
Preheat oven to 150 °C.
Line an 18 cm loaf tin or 20 cm cake tin with baking paper.
Empty contents of the packet into a mixing bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine:
100 ml oil (mild-flavoured oil such as grapeseed, peanut, or rice bran)
100 ml cold water
250 g mashed banana (approx. 3 medium bananas)
Whisk the wet ingredients into the dry mix until smooth.
Spoon batter into the prepared tin and bake for 50–60 minutes.
Cool in the tin for 15 minutes before removing.
Tip: Avoid coconut or olive oil for this recipe — they can overpower the flavour or make the loaf heavy.
Ingredients:
Gluten-free flour (organic coconut flour, lupin flakes, organic golden flax meal, organic psyllium, maize starch), sugar, organic tapioca flour, baking powder, cinnamon, cassia, ginger, cloves, allspice.
Contains lupin.
