Organic Sourdough (49.2%) (Brown Rice flour, Water, Vegetable Gum [Guar Gum]), White Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Sunflower Oil, Kumara Powder, Rice Syrup, Psyllium Husk, Yeast, Vegetable Gum [Guar Gum], Salt.
May contain traces of egg, sesame seeds and tree nuts.

Handling and Storage:
Keep bases flat. Bases can last in freezer for 6 months if frozen before the best before date. To separate, either thaw or slide a blunt knife between frozen bases
Cooking Instructions:
Top with your favourites and bake in a hot oven at 230°C. Bake until crust is golden.
