Love Cake Natural Chocolate Muffin
An extremely quick and easy muffin mix. Perfect little muffins for children’s lunch boxes or parties.
Makes 24 mini or 9 medium muffins.
This product is free from gluten, dairy, soy, peanuts and tree nuts and is vegan.
Ingredients:
Sugar, gluten-free flour (rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch), cocoa powder 13.4%, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate, guar gum, salt, acidity regulator (450)).
You need:
½ cup (120mls) water.
½ cup + 1 Tbsp (135mls) milk of your choice, we use rice milk.
¼ cup (60mls) vegetable oil, we use sunflower oil.
24 mini or 9 medium muffin tray.
Icing not included.
