This product is free from gluten, dairy, soy, peanuts and tree nuts and is vegan.
Note: To make this product vegan, you will require our Egg Substitute from our Pantry Essentials range.
Ingredients:
Gluten-free flour (rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch), sugar, cocoa powder 13.4%, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate, guar gum, salt, acidity regulator (450)). Icing: Gluten-free icing sugar, cocoa powder 25.0%, tapioca starch.
You need:
2 large, size 7 eggs (for an egg free cake, use Love Cake Egg Substitute which is available to order from our Pantry Essentials range).
½ cup (120mls) water.
½ cup + 1 Tbsp (135mls) milk of your choice, we use rice milk.
¼ cup (60mls) vegetable oil, we use sunflower oil.
For best results use a 20cm ring tin.
