Love Cake Natural Chocolate Brownie
This amazingly fudgy chocolate brownie is so quick and easy to make. Dust with gluten-free icing sugar once cool and watch it disappear!
Makes 16 bite size or 9 desert pieces.
This product is free from gluten, dairy, soy, peanuts and tree nuts and is vegan.
Ingredients:
Sugar, gluten-free flour (rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch), cocoa powder 11.5%, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate, guar gum, salt, acidity regulator (450).
You need:
2 large, size 7 eggs (for an egg free brownie, use 2 Tbsp of ground chia flour mixed with 6 Tbsp warm water, mix until combined).
160g coconut oil.
Try adding ½ cup of chocolate chips for an even tastier brownie!
For best results use a 20cm square tin.
