 Vanilla Cream CHIA PUDDING

What you need

 

  1. 1 Cup of Coconut Milk

  2. 4 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds

  3. 4 Tablespoons of Locako Vanilla Creamer

Directions 

 

  1. Add an inch of warm water to a measuring cup or jug.

  2. Add 4 tablespoons of Locako Vanilla Creamer and stir until dissolved.

  3. Add 4 tablespoons of Chia seeds.

  4. Add 1 cup of Coconut Milk.

  5. Stir until combined. 

  6. Pour into a cup.

  7. Let set in the fridge for 5 hours (or overnight).

Optional toppings: Yoghurt, Strawberries and Shredded coconut.
