The new food dressings varieties are Miso, Tamari and Mustard. They have been developed to drizzle over salads, meat, fish, rice or noodles.
There's also a 3six9 baking fibre, which provides a source of dietry fibre to foods. One contains as much total dietary fibre as a slice of whole wheat bread or a quarter cup of cooked oat bran. The global recommended daily intake of fibre is 18g with most people only managing about 12g.
